    Title: 影響長期照顧機構照顧服務員留任意願之探討
    The Study on Influential Factors of Intention to Stay for Caregivers of the Nursing Home

    Abstract: 研究者長期致力於長期照顧相關事業中,在服務的過程中,研究者思考若能給予照顧服務員適時的關心與支持,是否能提升其對服務使用者的照護品質,於是乎促使研究者注意到機構正式照顧者的關懷議題,進而引發本人之研究,以供日後政府單位與機構管理者做為人力資源管理之參考。
    本研究所採取之樣本為新北市已立案的10間養護型長照機構的照顧服務員,以問卷進行調查,預計將發放133份調查問卷,以進行研究的資料蒐集,回收問卷經檢查,並捨棄無效問卷後,針對有效問卷進行統計分析。
    本研究發現如下:
    一、長期照顧機構照顧服務員的工作態度各向度以「工作滿足」最高。
    二、長期照顧機構照顧服務員的主觀規範以「工作能力」最為突出。
    三、工作態度「組織認同」,為留任意願「工作滿意」最主要的預測變項。
    Researchers long-term commitment to long-term care-related career, in the service of process, the researchers ponder if timely care attendants provide care and support, whether it can improve their quality of care for service users, and thus prompting the researchers noted institutional care issue formal caregivers, and thus lead to himself the research to government agencies and institutions for future managers of human resources management as a reference.
    Samples taken of this study has been filed for the new Taipei 10 conservation-type long-term care institutions caring staff, conducted a questionnaire survey, it is expected to be distributed 133 questionnaires to collect information on the study, questionnaires after inspection and discard invalid questionnaires for valid questionnaires were analyzed.
    The study found the following:
    1.Long-term care institutional care attendant attitude each dimension to "work to meet the" highest.
    2.Long-term care institutional care attendants subjective norms with "the ability to work," the most prominent.
    3.Work attitude "organizational identity" willingness to stay "job satisfaction" the most important predictor variables.
