    摘要: 本研究主要觀察黑色聚酯纖維在棉網上MD (Machine Direction)及CD(Cross Machine Direction)方向之移行率,探討針軋次數、針軋深度之變化。結果顯示,黑色聚酯纖維在CD方向80°-110°總共150(50%)根以上,在X軸上投影長度高點:1.3cm,在Y軸上投影長度高點:3.3cm,黑色聚酯纖維在MD方向70°-120°總共150(50%)根以上,在X軸上投影長度:3.7cm,在Y軸投影長度:1.7cm。

    In this study, observing that the black polyester fibers migrated in the machine direction and cross directin of the cotton nonwoven fabric. Then researching the change in the times of needle punching and the depth of needle punching. The experimental results indicate that there are more than one hundred fifty black polyester fibers in the cross direction between 80° ~ 100° (50%). The length of projection in X axle: 1.2cm, and the length of projection in Y axle: 3.8cm. And there are more than one hundred fifty black polyester fibers in the machine direction between 70° ~120° (50%). The length of projection in X axle: 3.7cm, and the length of projection in Y axle: 1.7cm.
