摘要: | 本研究之目的是以不同眾酯合股紗線,利用纖維受熱收縮之原理,以靜態、及動態模擬工廠線上生產探討其張力變化。由研究結果得知,在靜態的模擬實驗中,股線在70-80°C時,張力呈現不變或減少的趨勢,收縮量自90℃ 以後急劇上升,張力增加,但在動態的模擬實驗中,股線之收縮量自120°C 以後才開始急劇上升;股線在超過240°C時,纖維開始軟化,張力便開始下降。
The object of this research is use different type of PET fold yam, with the heat shrinkage testing, simulate condition of tension changed in plant. In the stationary simulation condition at the 70-80°C in the fold yam, we get the tension maintain constant or abate, exceed 90°C of fold yam apace shrinking accrue biggest tension. But in the dynamic simulation condition at the 120°C, the shrinking to poise, exceed 240°C of fold yarn have melt and tension down. |
