Abstract:	本研究是以聚酯纖維為原料，經開棉、梳棉及疊棉製成棉網後，將梭織布廢邊以夾層方式均勻分布於棉網中，最後進行針軋。由改變梭織布邊的喂入量及排列方式，來探討其基重、厚度、拉伸強力、撕裂強力及伸長率之變化。 This study is used polyester fiber to make web after opening ,carding and lapper,then make nonwoven that selvage waste of woven fabric distributed well in web after needle punching .We have changed of feeding volume and arrange of selvage waste to discuss the effect of basis weigth,tensile strength and elongation of nonwoven.
