    Title: 變化電極型式之靜電效應對不織布機械性質之影響

    Abstract: 本實驗採用羅拉式梳棉機,在道夫下端加裝靜電感應裝置,利用靜電吸附的原理,吸引道夫上之纖維,使其纖維呈現雜亂排列,進而改變纖維在道夫上之排列方向,以降低縱、橫向強力比,藉以改善傳統不織布橫向強力不足的缺點,以達靜電亂纖之效果;研究中並配合改變不同電極型式及靜電電壓將所製成的織布棉網,測量其基重、厚度、爆破強度、拉伸強力、撕裂強力之性質,與傳統製程的棉網做一比較。由結果顯示,經靜電亂纖後的基重變化不大、厚度則會稍微下降,而爆破強度則有下降趨勢,在拉伸強力之縱、橫向比值方面,未經靜電作用比值為4.6,而經齒條狀電極靜電作用後則降低在4.0以下,在撕裂強力上,可看出不織物之縱、橫向撕裂強度比值,經靜電作用,由原先0.14提高至0.20以上。
