Abstract:	本研究以羅拉式梳棉機，在道夫下方加裝靜電亂纖機構，來製造纖維呈各方向排列的棉網，以改善傳統不織布橫向強度不足的缺點。在此研究中，利用靜電亂纖的原理，使棉網纖維呈現各方向的排列效果，並藉由改變靜電裝置與道夫之隔距、位置及道夫轉速，來與傳統號棉網之纖維排列結構及物性作一評估。結果顯示平齊纖網的纖維排列角度分布則較平均；當棉網經靜電作用後，纖維呈雜亂排列，棉網的基重與厚度有稍許的增加，而覆蓋率則降低。在相同靜電壓作用下，道夫轉速愈慢，亂纖效果愈佳；反之，轉速愈快，亂纖效果愈差。
