    Abstract: 彈性纖維與一般纖維相較之下,有較低的強度,為改善此一缺點,本篇研究係以環錠精紡機及自行設計組裝之拉伸機構,將聚酯/嫘縈短纖包覆彈性絲(spandex),紡製成彈性芯紗,以提高彈性絲之強度。在製程中,我們變化彈性絲的拉伸羅拉道數及拉伸倍數,並測試彈性芯紗之偏心率及進行強伸度之物性探討,分析其中之相關性。彈性包芯紗偏心率受拉伸道數及拉伸倍數影響。拉伸道數愈多,拉伸倍數愈大,其偏心率愈小,則彈性芯紗最大斷裂強度愈大,最大斷裂伸度愈小;反之,則結果相反。我們期望聚酯/嫘縈短纖能以較低的偏心率,完全將彈性絲包覆於內,並結合聚酯/嫘縈短纖及彈性絲的優點,以製成高性能之複合紗。將彈性芯紗之應力─應變曲線作分析,以了解拉伸道數及拉伸倍數對彈性芯紗強、伸度性質之影響,作為日後依不同用途而選用芯紗之依據。
