    Title: PBO纖維表面鹼處理及靜電處理對其界面性質影響之研究

    Abstract: 本研究主要以聚苯並噁唑纖維材料作表面加工。加工方法分鹼液處理方式、靜電加工方式及靜電加工併合高溫處理方式,藉由改變鹼液濃度及靜電壓量來改善纖維表面結構以提高纖維與椽膠間的結合性。經實結果得知,聚苯並噁唑纖維表面經由鹼液腐蝕及靜電電擊後,纖維斷裂強力雖然分別下降了33.3%及27.3%,但纖維與橡膠間的黏著力也提升,鹼液處理下黏結力提升35.6%,電擊處理下黏結力提升51.1%,證明鹼處理及電擊加工對苯並噁唑纖維形成表面空孔,使得纖維與橡膠間的黍著力有上升的效果。
