The research is selecting the way of coating that is form of a conductive layer on the surface of the polyester fabric. It made fabric have conductive. From the result of the experiment, it gains that use 25 percentages of the weight copper powder to coat that have the lowest surface resistance the grade is 1.07×10^4 ohm per square. Beside, the maximum electrostatic discharge volt is the smallest that arrive at 0.005 volts under the testing of the electrostatic discharge with four kilovolts. It made that increase the maximum decaying rate of the static, arrive at 99.87 percent. It can regard as the decaying materials of the static.
