本文採用偶氮二甲醯胺(ADCA)作為發泡劑,並使得聚丙烯(PP)經過雙螺桿混煉製作出母粒,再經由熔噴法(Melt-Blown)進行不織布的紡製。本實驗因定加工溫度、螺桿的轉速、輸送帶的速度(捲取速度),改變其風速與添加發泡劑之比例,探討其聚丙烯熔噴不織布物理性質之改變。實驗中不同比例的發泡劑可得到最佳的風速為8.5 m/s,其風速對於浮力最佳值是96.7138%、透氣度是270立方公分/平方公分/s,而0.4%偶氮二甲醯胺可得到最佳浮力為82.68%,而透氣度可得到最佳值為288.1立方公分/平方公分/s,因其熔噴風速條件的不同將產生出不同的結果。
