Abstract:	宗璞为大陆当代学者型的女作家。1957年她在“双百”方针提出后发表的小说《红豆》，是她开始受到文坛瞩目的成名作。这篇描写解放前夕女大学生江玫在革命与爱情间抉择的小说，异于当时图解政策的主流作品风格，超越十七年文学的公式化和概念化倾向，以细致笔触呈现人物的情感世界和内心挣扎，得到读者共鸣，但这也使宗璞为此遭逢政治磨难，直到文革结束后，《红豆》才被收入《重放的鲜花》，重新面对读者。本文聚焦于《红豆》的三个主要人物―江玫、齐虹、萧素，通过对这些人物形象和性格的分析，论述宗璞《红豆》的人物塑造。
