    Title: 紅鳳菜色素染色可行性之研究

    Abstract: 隨著近年來環保問題逐漸被重視,而染色工程一直是水污染的主因之一,如何減少染色用水對於環境的污染及染料的可分解性正是本研究天然染料的主因。由於天然染料考慮到成本問題以及季節性質。而紅鳳菜(Gynura bicolor)是一種極易種植且成本低廉的植物,故本實驗採用紅鳳菜作為染料,萃取其色素,在不同的pH值條件下對尼龍織物染色,觀察上色量,探討其染色可行性、主吸收波長外觀著色濃度,並比較有無塗布TiO2之牢度分析。由結果顯示,平均而吉塗布TiO2可增加牢度半級到1級左右,尤以耐光牢度最明顯。媒染法可得深色,耐光牢度優異效果,其耐光效果比塗布TiO2為佶,但摩擦牢度較差,而一般染法則難得深色,其耐光牢度有待改善。

    As the envirement to be more and more important, and the dyeing engineering water is the most of water pollution, natural dyes are more important. And it is the main idear push we to discover natural dyes. Gynura bicolor is a low price plant, this study use Gynura bicolor to dye Nylon, see its feasibility in dye, and its K/S. The other way, coating TiO2 to let its dyeing fastness good. The result shows, almost can become good.
