For displaying the characteristic of Chinese characters, we always analyze Chinese characters according to the six categories of Chinese characters. After China turned to use simplified Chinese, the notations has been increased. Therefore, people started to analyze Chinese characters according to the notations instead of the six categories of Chinese characters. In other words, people turned to analyze Chinese characters according to the note, the signifier and the notations. But it caused that the number of the notations has been increased a lot, and decreased the characteristic of Chinese characters. In fact, the notations still can be classified to ideographic characters. To show the characteristic of Chinese characters and to decrease the notations of Chinese characters, we still should rest on the six categories of Chinese characters to analyze Chinese characters. The government departments of China should think about reinstating using traditional Chinese characters.
