Luo Han's ”Theory of Resurrection” is one of the important articles in the development of the Chinese theory of body and soul, because in this article he used pure philosophical arguments instead of those from any Buddhistic theory. Although his theory had some serious defects, it left some valuable thoughts to the following thinkers, such as Hui Yuan, Tsung Ping, Cheng Hsien-chih. It is unfortunate that this theory was neglected by most scholars. Accordingly, this article fully analyzes the arguments of this theory, with the view of evaluating the doe position of Los Has in the history of Chinese Philosophy.
