Abstract:	古代日本，在政治、文化等各方面都廣受古中國文化的影響。早在七世紀初、大和朝廷聖德太子即派遣小野妹子，率遣隋使赴隋，吸取大陸文明，至此以後，日本的政治、律令以及各式制度多倣效中國制度制定而成。在都城的建築方面，首先奈良時代的代表京城‧平城京（710年）是倣唐朝的京城‧長安所建。之後、平安朝的京城‧平安京（794年）亦是以唐朝的長安城為藍本所築成。又、後宮的組織構成方面，大寶律令定有「後宮官員令」，養老律令定有「後宮職員令」，其俱是倣照唐制而來。根據『日本歷史大事典』（小學館刊）所解釋，模仿唐制而成的律令之後宮，是從天武朝開始準備，至大寶、養老令時完成。如是，古代日本為了要建設新國家，引進學習中國隋‧唐的各種體制、文化等等，然而為何重要的宦官制度却興趣索然，值得玩味，本論文即以此為題，探討其真相。 Ancient Japan was widely and deeply influenced by ancient China in political, cultural and other aspects. In the early seventh century, Prince Shotoku of Yamato Imperial Court has sent Ono Imoko to lead the Kenzuishi went to the Sui Dynasty for learning mainland civilization. Since then, the formulation of Japan's political, laws and decrees as well as a variety of systems mostly imitated China.In terms of the capital's construction, Heijō-kyō (in 710, the representative capital during the Nara period) was modeled after Chang'an, the capital of Tang Dynasty China. After that, Heian-kyō (in 794, the capital during the Heian period) was also modeled after the Tang Dynasty Chinese capital of Chang'an. When it comes to the composition of the harem organization, the harem officials ritsuryō in the Taihō-ritsuryō as well as the Gogūshikiinryō in the Yōrō -ritsuryō were both modeled after the system of Tang Dynasty. According to ＂Japan event in hi story Code＂ (Shogakukan published), the harem ritsuryō modeled after the system of Tang Dynasty China was prepared from Tenmu Dynasty Japan and completed in Taihō-ritsuryō and Yōrō-ritsuryō.By this way, the ancient Japan has introduced the culture and systems of the Sui Dynasty and Tang Dynasty in order to build an innovative country. But it is interesting that why the important eunuch system was not adopted? The theme of this thesis is to explore the truth of non-adoption of eunuch system.
