    Abstract: 中央氣象局引進自動即時預報系統(Auto Nowcaster, ANC)目的是針對雷 暴及邊界層有良好的即時預報,而提升ANC 預報的品質有賴於優質的地面觀 測資料,自動氣象站的即時觀測資料是最重要的地面資料,而各站資料品質不 一,篩選出適合ANC 使用的站又其必要性。101 年度曾對北臺灣48 個自動氣 象站逐站場勘及詳細資料分析,並且篩選出適合導入ANC 之測站。本計畫乃 延續之前之研究,將研究區域擴展至臺灣本島各局屬自動氣象站,分三年時間 完成分析各站氣象資料的特性,並且做實地的場勘及GPS 重新定位,以了解 各站確切的地理位置及測站周遭環境,並用攝影資料定量計算出各站受阻擋的 比率評估各站資料的代表性,進而篩選出可導入ANC 系統的測站。102 及103 年度針對桃園、新竹、苗栗、臺中、宜蘭、臺南、高雄、屏東及臺東等縣市未 勘查過的175 個自動氣象站逐站場勘及詳細資料分析。
    The Auto Nowcaster (ANC) prediction system has been ported at CWB. This system is able to predict thunderstorm initiation, development, and decay. It also can provide detail prediction of the boundary structure responsible for the storm initiation. However, accurate predictions solely relay on the good quality of surface observations. In year 2012, 48 auto weather stations (AWOS) data in Northern Taiwan have been studied and detail site information was collected. Through the site survey, the GPS location and surrounding environment are documented. Fisheye-view photos will be taken at each side. Using the photogrammetry technique, the blocking percentage can be calculated. This blocking percentage provides a guide line for judging the applicability of station data for the ANC system. In the next three project, the site study is expanded to the all AWOS within Taiwan main island. In year 2013 and 2014, the AWOSs in Tau-Yuan, Hsin-Chu, Mau-Li, Taichung, I-Lian, Tai-Nan, Kaohsiung, Ping-Tung and Tai-Tung area have been studied.
