    摘要: 2005年8月Google 收購Android公司後,即加以開發與改良,且免費開放原始碼給予各大手機廠商設計與客製化手機,近年來已成為全世界使用者最多的手機作業系統。然而,由於一般使用者對於Android系統手機知識不清楚,一旦發生故障時,會直接選擇送至手機維修中心,在維修過程中也容易與服務人員產生溝通問題,造成維修及人力成本的浪費;因此,本研究希望建立一套Android系統手機故障診斷知識庫系統,降低使用者與維修人員的負擔。
    本研究先搜集手機發生故障的問題,將問題整理成13類,再採用AHP層級分析法建立層級架構,並將AHP問卷發給領域專家填寫後計算各類權重,並設計知識擷取介面,引導工程師輸入於知識庫中,最後再透過邏輯推論機制協助使用者判斷手機故障問題。本研究結果發現Android系統手機最容易發生問題的是安裝不良的App軟體;另外,本研究也設計了故障知識庫系統雛形,並請一般使用者協助評估,共收回41份有效問卷,其中約有70%的使用者認為,未來開發完成此系統,可有效解決他們的問題。
    After Google bought the Android ios at August 8, 2005, major improvements were made including opening the source codes, and the free open source give major mobile phone manufacturers to design and customized mobile phones in recent years has be-come the world's largest mobile phone operating system users. However, lots of people general knowledge for Android OS is not really familiar. In the event of failure, users will be selected directly bring their phone to service station, the repair process is also prone to communication problems with the service, resulting in a waste of maintenance and labor costs; therefore The present study is to establish a set of Android mobile phone system troubleshooting knowledge base system, reducing the burden on users and maintenance personnel.
    This study collet the phone failure problems first, and the problem will be compiled into 13 categories, and then create hierarchical structure using AHP. And using AHP fill out the questionnaire sent to experts in the field of various classes of weights and design knowledge capture interface to guide Engineers input in the Knowledge Base, and fi-nally to help users determine the phone Problem through logical inference engine me-chanism. The results of this study found that Android mobile phone system problem is most likely to occur App bad software installation; in addition, this study also designed the fault knowledge base system prototype, and please help assess the general user, 41 valid questionnaires were returned, of which about 70% of users believe that the future development of this system is completed, can effectively solve their problems.
