    摘要: 隨者科技的進步與網路環境的普及完善，可攜式智能裝置不斷的演進，也在生活上帶給我們許多便利。而近幾年除了智慧型手機之外，平板電腦也在消費市場上逐漸嶄露頭角。平板電腦自推出以來為消費者帶來驚喜的體驗，觸控式的操作輸入、數位攝影鏡頭與網路連接的多樣即時資訊導入，確實改善了我們獲取和分享資訊的模式，而平板電腦的市佔率與使用率也有日益上升的趨勢。
    平板電腦以其人性化的操作介面及不斷創新的功能性受到廣大消費者的喜愛，特別是對3C商品有一定熟悉度的上班族，故本研究想瞭解不同背景的上班族對平板電腦的認知、使用行為與滿意度之間的相關性。
    本研究採用實體問卷調查方式進行，研究目的如下：
    ㄧ、瞭解臺北地區上班族、受訪者平板電腦的品質認知及使用行為之現況。
    二、探討臺北地區上班族分別對平板電腦的品質認知及使用行為間之差異。
    三、探討臺北地區上班族平板電腦的品質認知與使用行為間之差異。
    四、探討臺北地區上班族平板電腦的品質重視程度及滿意度相關性之分析。
    五、探討臺北地區上班族平板電腦的品質認知對使用行為題項中滿意度之預測力。
    問卷回收後將使用SPSS21.0統計分析軟體進行分析處理與假設檢定，藉此研究希望能提供相關資訊以供相關單位參考。
    With the important of technology and network environment, the portable smart devices not only make evolvementceaselessly but also bringconvenienceaspect for our life. Recently,except for smartphone, tabletemerge as animportant figure in market. The tablet has touch panel, digitalcamera and internet connection that indeedenhance our life and the modeof information sharing. The marketshare and utilization rateof tablet also have the trend of gradual raising.
    Because of having user-friendly interface and innovationfeatures,the tablets are welllikedby consumer,especially for salary menwho is familiarwith the consumer electronic products.
    Thepurpose of this research devotes to understand the correlation among cognitionsatisfaction degree and acknowledge of tablet from salary menin different backgrounds.
    The purpose of this research is summarized as follow:
    1. Understand the current status of acknowledge and using behavior of tablet fromwho workin Taipeiarea.
    2. Probe the different of the quality acknowledge and using behavior of tablet from who workin Taipeiarea.
    3. To probethe difference between the cognition of tablet computers and using behavior against the who worksin Taipei area.
    4. To probethe analysis of the valued degree of tablet computer quality and satisfaction againstthe who worksin Taipei area.
    5. To probehow the cognition of tablet computer quality predicts the entire satisfaction degree among the questions towards using behavoiragainst the whoworksin Taipei area.
    After collecting the questionnaire, we adopt SPSS 21.0 software for analysizing and defecting the hypothesiswe hope that we can provide useful information to related unitsfor future.
