    摘要: 本研究針對含有彈性纖維聚酯針織物之尺寸安定性做探討，研究於前處理、染色與成品定型三個工段造成異常之原因，發現原因以便改善製程進而達到降低異常之發生頻率，並由改進異常實驗試驗其可行性。
    異常的部分針對拉伸回復率以及熱燙收縮率部分的尺寸安定性做研究，分別取前處理後的胚布、染色後未定型的半成品以及成品布做測試，統整其各項數據作探討。結果發現拉伸回復率的部分由原料胚布工段就發生異常，應當針對條件給予嚴格控制及對前處理後的胚布給予篩選，染色段對於織物其影響並不大，而有明顯影響尺寸安定性為最後成品定型部分。熱燙收縮率之檢測尺寸安定性異常問題，同樣的大部分皆發生於成品定型工段。根據各項數據一一推斷並提出改進異常方法，改進成品定型工段所設定之溫度、速度以及織物所承受之張力，對於織物拉伸回復率、熱燙收縮率部分影響甚大。
    In this study, the elastic fibers containing polyester knit of dimensional stability do investigate, study in pre-treatment, dyeing and finished setting the cause of abnormality three section, find the reasons in order to improve the process and thus to reduce the frequency of occurrence of abnormality by improved abnormal experiment to test its feasibility.
    Part of doing abnormal response rate for the stretch and shrinkage blanching part dimensional stability studies Peibu were taken after the pretreatment, dyeing unstructured semi-finished and finished cloth test data for its Integration Discussion . The results showed that the recovery rate portion stretching from raw materials Peibu station on an exception occurs, should be given strictly controlled conditions and for the treatment of Peibu given before screening segment for dyeing fabric which is insignificant, while significantly affect the size and stability for the final shape of the finished part. Blanching dimensional stability problems detected abnormal shrinkage, the same occurred in the majority of all finished setting section. According to the data one by one to infer and suggest improvements abnormal method to improve the set temperature section of the finished shape, speed and fabric to withstand the tension, the response rate for stretch fabrics, blanching part shrinkage great impact.
