摘要: Klir and Yuan [2] mentioned the medical decision making problem in chapter 17. In this paper we use interval estimation to get fuzzy number (r) over tilde (ij) and from point estimation we get r(ij). Set (R) over tilde = (r(ij)) and (R) over tilde* =((r) over tilde (ij)). Let fuzzy relation of the set P of the patients and the set S of the symptoms be (Q) over tilde = (a(ij)) and fuzzy relation of the set S of the symptoms and the set D of the diseases be (R) over tilde. From the compositional rule of inference, we have (T) over tilde = (Q) over tilde o (R) over tilde. Therefore, we can have a fuzzy decision making for medical diagnosis. This paper changes (R) over tilde to (R) over tilde* and use (T) over tilde* = (Q) over tilde o (R) over tilde* to do a fuzzy decision making for medical diagnosis. (C) 2001 Elsevier Science B.V.
