Abstract:	本個案研究是針對 2013年天津東亞運動會在賽前、賽中、賽後做一系列的準備，其中包括計畫、執行、評估，加上最後的檢討。本競賽實務報告收集許多相關文獻，藉以提供為日後教練及選手之參考。本報告分為四章，內容如下：一、緒論：敘述筆者本身之經歷，以及筆者的體能、心理、技術分析。二、學理基礎：依據文獻說明網球雙打項目的技術、戰略，以及該項目的訓練方法。三、訓練計畫及參賽計畫。四、參賽過程與結果。五、建議。
