本論文以禪宗思想及各時代禪意風格書家形式研究作為理論背景,進行筆者個人的書法創作與嘗試。
禪宗為我國文化的重要思想背景,它深深的影響了傳統國人生活、文學、藝術等層面,書法自然也蒙受其惠。藉由爬梳歷代書家、禪僧書法理論,釐清思維與實踐之互動關係,進而能對書法創作產生啟發。
本論文研究共分六個章節來論述:第一章,研究動機與目的、方法與範疇、名詞釋義;第二章,敘述禪的內涵與起始、宗派和分支;第三章,論禪學內化下的美學內蘊;第四章,禪意書風之形式分析舉例;第五章,筆者個人創作作品析論;第六章,以創作回顧省思和前瞻發展作為論文結論。
Following the Zen teachings and Zen calligraphy styles from various periods throughout history, the author of this study attempted to create a new calligraphic style.
Zen is a central tenet in Chinese cultural norms, influencing the lives of the people in various aspects such as traditional literature and art; calligraphy is no exception to its influence. Through unraveling and reviewing the history of calligraphers and theories on Zen calligraphy in addition to clarifying the interactions between reflection and practice, the author derived his inspiration for creating calligraphy creations.
This study is structured into the following six sections: Section 1 presents the research motivation, purpose, methods, scope, and terminology. Section 2 introduces the implications and beginnings of Zen, as well as its various schools and branches. In Section 3, the intrinsic aestheticism articulated from the internalization of Zen teachings is discussed, and Zen calligraphic styles are analyzed and exemplified in Section 4. Section 5 inspects the works created by the author of the present study. Finally, Section 6 reviews and reflects on previous creations and concludes the study with a discussion on possible avant-garde developments.
