在西部地區,老建築通常被視為旅遊主要景點,如博物館和良好的管理。在此相反,在亞洲許多現代建築博物館建成,以吸引遊客,但在另一方面拋棄舊建築拆除造成的貴金屬和珍貴的歷史老建築。
本研究探討遊客體驗的歷史建築,並進一步探討有關探視後,他們的結局物理環境的影響。這項研究還探討了如何更在歷史悠久的建築影響遊客滿意度和遊客的意願意向的物理環境重複他們的探視。觀察和問卷調查採用定量研究是基於通過在國立台灣美術館,台北市前在網上和紙進行。使用描述性分析和簡單線性回歸,這項研究考察了四個主要變量,它由物理環境,情感形象,遊客的滿意度,並重新意圖。此外,方差分析方法使用,以探索本地遊客和外國遊客之間的差異的結果。
實證結果表明,物理環境對有遊客滿意度和遊客的重遊意願顯著的影響,再加上旅客的意圖告知他人。這一發現將幫助管理者提高他們的知識和維護歷史建築,在未來,在鎮中間遺產地會存在一動不動。
In the western area, old buildings usually treated as tourist main attraction such as museum and well managed. In the contrary, in Asia many modern building museums built to attract tourist, but in the other hand abandoned the old buildings caused the precious and valuable historical old buildings demolished.
This study examines visitors’ experiences in the historical buildings and investigates further about physical environment impacts for their outcome after visitation. This study also explores more how the physical environment in historical building influence visitors’ satisfaction and visitors’ willingness intention to repeat their visitation. Observation and quantitative research using questionnaire was conducted via online and paper based in front of National Taiwan Museum, Taipei. Using descriptive analysis and simple linear regression, this study examines four main variables, which consists of physical environment, affective image, visitors’ satisfaction, and revisit intention. Moreover, ANOVA method is used in order to explore the differences outcome between local visitors and foreign visitors.
The empirical result shows that physical environment has significant influences towards visitors’ satisfaction and visitors’ revisit intention, together with visitors’ intention to inform others. This finding will help the managers to improve their knowledge and maintain the historical buildings, in the future, heritage sites in the middle of town will exist stilly.
