| 摘要: | 棒球是台灣熱門的球類之一，不僅有熱門的職業球隊，也經常在國際賽事中為國爭光。然而，栽培一個好的棒球選手卻不容易帶著他們成長的教練，除了教導他們球技、比賽的臨場反應、戰術等，還有更多的團體生活紀律、禮貌、品德等等。因此，為小選手找到良好的基層教練相當重要的課題。
本研究整理過去相關文獻，找出影響成功的基層棒球教練之重要因素，包括：教練專業、人格特質、領導風格、人際關係四大構面和18項因素。藉由專家問卷發放及修正德菲法之分析，找出棒球教練應具備的各項重要職能間的相依性關係，再透過網絡層級分析法，從四大構面和18個因素中找出最關鍵的成功因素。
Baseball is one of Taiwan's popular ball games, not only popular professional sports teams, and often winning glory for the country in international competitions. However, the cultivation of a good baseball player is not easy. And with the growth of their coach, in addition to teaching them skills, spot reaction game, tactics, etc., as well as more groups living discipline, courtesy, character, and so on. Thus, finding a good grassroots coaches very important issue for small players.
In this study, finishing past literature, to identify important factors that affect the success of grassroots baseball coach, including: coaching profession, personality, leadership style, relationships, and the four facets 18 factors. By issuing questionnaires and analysis expert Delphi method of correcting find baseball coach should have the important function dependency relationships between, and then through the network level analysis, to find out from the four dimensions and 18 factors most the key success factor. |
