Abstract:	一般非營利組織起源，乃因於倡議新議題，提升新意識，或彌補政府的不足與失靈，但由於台灣本身成長經歷特殊且多元，在過去台灣經歷過殖民時期、戒嚴時期等，也正因此在在以前非營利組織的成長與發展空間嚴重受挫並且受到政府單位管制，直至西元1987年解嚴以後，許多社福非營利組織及各種專業領域的非營利組織為創立新的生活空間而如雨後春筍般紛紛成立，然而近年來隨著基金會、各式非營利組織的蓬勃發展，人民對於社會福利、非營利組織的公民社會意識抬頭，讓許多非營利機構正面臨著轉型生存與與相關組織類型過多競爭面臨存亡的考驗，因此在本論文中將就兒童福利聯盟文教基金會為主題，將該近年來相關對外表現成長，與給外界各界印象進行多項探討，並與該機構建立品牌、發展歷程及未來願景部分的研究。 General non-profit organization originated, was due to the initiative of new issues, enhance the new consciousness, or compensate for the lack of government and failure, but because of their own experiences growing up in Taiwan special and pluralism in Taiwan experienced colonial past, martial law, etc. It is precisely because in the growth and development of space before non-profit organizations and is a serious setback by the government unit controls until AD 1987 after martial law was lifted, many social welfare nonprofit organizations and various professional fields of non-profit organizations for the creation of new living space and mushrooming have been established, however, with the rapid development in recent years, foundations, non-profit organizations of all kinds, people for social welfare, civic awareness of the rise of non-profit organizations, so many nonprofits are facing transformation survival and tissue types associated with excessive competition facing the test of survival, and therefore in the present paper in Child welfare League Foundation on the theme of the recent performance of the relevant foreign growth, and to the outside world the impression that all walks of life were more to explore, and build brand, of course and the institution, and part of the future vision research.
