近年來,許多地方政府積極推動轄區內各觀光景點發展纜車系統之可行性,但如何建立纜車產業遊客滿意度與重遊意願,提供各縣市政府纜車產業相關資訊,以提昇纜車產業之營運品質及服務水準,乃是一個極需研究探討之議題。本研究將探討貓空纜車之遊客其對風險知覺、涉入程度、設施滿意度與重遊意願之關係與影響程度。本研究自2014年8月20日至9月20日進行問卷發放,採隨機便利抽樣方式發放對象為實際搭乘貓空纜車之遊客,於貓空站站外進行問卷填寫與回收,共計發放900份問卷,共回收848份有效問卷,研究結果顯示出,風險知覺對於設施滿意度與重遊意願具有負向的影響關係,代表了遊客的風險知覺越高,在設施滿意度與重遊意願則越低。涉入程度對於設施滿意度與重遊意願具有正向的影響關係。而設施滿意度對於重遊意願亦具有正向的影響關係。建議纜車業者提供差異化與多元化纜車服務、增加車站之休閒停留空間並增加週遭結盟的遊憩休閒景點數。
In recent years, several local governments keenly consider the feasibility of construction of sightseeing cable car system at the tourist attraction sites. However, how to increase the tourists' satisfactions and revisit intention of cable cars and providing related information for enhancing service quality and management level of cable car system to county and city governments, had became a worthy issue. This research will study Maokong Gondola tourists to explore the relationships of the perception of risk, involvement level, facility satisfaction and revisit intention. Questionnaires had been distributed from 20th, August to 20th, September, 2014. Random sampling method had been applied to sample tourists which had taken Maokong cable car. Eight hundreds and forty eight in 900 questionnaires were valid. The results showed that the risk perception to facilities satisfaction and revisit iIntention had a negative impact on their relations, it represents that the higher the risk perception of tourists is, the lower the facility satisfaction and revisit intention is. The involvement level to facilities satisfaction and revisit intention has a positive impact on their relationships. The facility satisfaction to revisit intention has also a positive impact on their relation. Three comments to cable car authority had been given as follows: providing unique and diverse services, increasing leisure space inside the cable car stations, incrasing allied leisure sites in the surrounding area of Maokong Gondola.
