    Title: 初入園幼兒行為分析之研究

    Abstract: 本研究主要目的在探討初入園幼兒行為表現,藉以呈現行為類型及瞭解教師面對幼兒入園時的不適應行為,所採取的處理方式能否使幼兒順利適應。研究對象為幼兒園小班新生,進行開學後兩週的師生觀察紀錄以及單元活動學習過程之觀察分析。透過觀察紀錄分析獲得結論如下:
    初入園幼兒入學對幼兒園中六大情境因素的刺激呈現反應,幼兒有出現害怕行為、反抗的行為、憤怒行為為主,多以哭泣來表現。當幼兒與教師觀點逐漸同步時,哭泣兒情緒大致在開學第二週後會逐漸穩定。接著進行相關資料分析,發現隱藏在初入園幼兒的焦慮行為也逐漸因為長時間的觀察,有合理化的理由行為、退化行為等。然而幼兒模仿行為至形塑行為的調節,為教師提醒責任感的反應。漸漸的,將這些行為轉成適當行為,讓幼兒用愉快的心情上學。
    The purpose of this research was to analyze young children’s behaviors while they enter to the child care center in the first two weeks. Also concerned about the teachers and how they treat to children’s behaviors and help them adjust to the environment. Research subject are comprised of 3-4 year old children who has just entered a child care center. Researchers observed records of the learning process activity data to analyze young children’s behaviors.
    The conclusions of this study are as follows:
    Early childhood students entering will react on six different scenarios. Most of the behaviors that the young children shows fear, resistance, and anger. Teachers and children’s could understand each other’s perspective via the interactions and activities. Young children’s anxious behavior were hidden because of coping others to rationalize behavior, degradation behavior, and the responses of the teachers. With these behavioral adjustments, children can finally understand the delightful feeling of school.
