    摘要: 智慧化城市與智慧建築係目前當夯課題,並以科技創新與應用作為發展核心,因此,如何善用資通訊技術優勢,並透過適切的技術應用策略,整合資訊聯網、無線感測器、遠端控制、即時推播顯示等技術,達成資源共享平台,便成為重要課題。惟目前在智慧家居、商辦大樓與購物中心的相關領域研究,多著重單一技術應用,較少從整體維運及整合應用系統設計的觀點進行相關議題的探討。
    因此,為回應上述理論與實務缺口,本研究透過文獻,探究智慧建築的關鍵需求,及現有無線技術特性與應用面向,再透過專家訪談及購物商城案例,歸納整合智慧建築的無線技術與設備應用與系統設計課題。最後,本研究透過決策系統的雛型開發與情境分析方式,作為展示與驗證所提概念與內涵可行性的依據,並希望所得結果可作為相關系統整合業者未來開發與設計相關服務時的參考。
    The popularity and scalability of the Internet of Things (IoT) has shaped the trends in the integrated smart living industry, rendering technology-enabled innovations and applications a crucial issue. However, recent studies on smart buildings and smart living have focused on single-technology-based design problems, neglecting the concerns of total cost of ownership, cost-benefits, and the inclusion of multiple types of wireless technology from a holistic viewpoint.
    To assist in overcoming these challenges in practice, this study focused on building a framework and prototype for the design of smart buildings. Specifically, after a review of the literature, this thesis indicates the key needs of current smart building projects and possible applications of various types of wireless technology. In addition, on the basis of interviews with multidisciplinary experts, corresponding parameters, scenarios, principles, and strategies related to the integrated design of smart buildings are identified and discussed. Finally, to provide a solution proof and feasibility study of the proposed concepts, a decision support system prototype was developed and examined through scenario analysis. The findings of this thesis are anticipated to benefit service providers in designing smart buildings.
