本文藉由出口外銷、研究密集度、廣告密集度等因素來探討企業國際化對台灣中小企業經營績效之影響;實證結果顯示企業在國際化起步階段,經由出口外銷、研發、廣告投入等皆有助於提升經營績效。然而,當國際化達到一個適當點後,經營績效開始下滑。因此,國內企業可能要認知自己的能力,在國際化的策略操作下,創造較有利的經營績效。
Business performance of the enterprise is important, The enterprise can sustain business long if they keep good business performance. We demand a large enough market for us to work out besides we have to work hard.
All around us in neighboring countries such as Japan, South Korea, Philippines own a larger domestic market due to big land and more population than Taiwan’s. Therefore, we need to extent our relatively small market to international market to compete with them and create a good business performance.
We explore the influence of enterprise internationalizing on performance by export business, R&D intensity and advertising intensity in this paper. The empirical results show that the enterprise through the export business, R&D and advertising help to improve business performance in the initial stage of internationalization, and after export business reach an optimum point, the performance begin to decline.
In this case, the enterprise may be cognitive own ability to plan managerial strategy and create more favorable business performance. The enterprise in Taiwan can do nothing but internationalization for business performances.
