Abstract:	藝術創作在於表達自我的思想與感受，對筆者而言，創作的養分源自於自身的體驗或是生命經驗，是從兒時記憶而來、從身體記憶而來；藉由創作不斷地省視個人情感、面對自我，使自我內在與作品形成回饋，自身心靈產生一定的修復效力、認知與成長。因此，「說一個關於○的故事」這份研究與創作主軸是以自我表白、自我分析的方式，結合相關學理探討來完成，並從筆者個人背景、與原生家庭影響做為探討開端。本文將分成六個章節：第一章、緒論：撰述研究、創作背景動機、目的方法、名詞解釋。第二章、原生家庭：說明成長環境，與原生家庭之影響等。第三章、相關學理探討：主要以心理學、及藝術相關理論探討。第四章、創作理念：論述自我創作的理念脈絡。第五章、作品解釋分析。第六章、結論：為本研究論述之心得總結。希冀透過創作可以完成兩個目的：表達自我、內在意識及情感；透過藝術創作，更能進一步的明白自我。 The artistic creation is depended on the expression of thought and works by yourself. To the author, the nutrition of creation originates from personal experience or experience of life from childhood memory and physical memory. The author continues to retrospect personal emotions and face the ego to form feedback of inner self to the creation works. Such retrospection generates a certain level of remediating effect and perceived growth in the psychology aspect. Thus, the research “Telling a Story about ○” and the creation focus on using self-expression and self-analysis, combined with relevant theory discussion to complete art works. And it begins with the influence of my personal background, my family of origin. This study is divided into six sections. Chapter 1 is the Introduction, which elaborates the study, background motivation, objectives, methods, and terminology definition. Chapter 2 Family of Origin explores the effect of the growth environment and the effect of the family of origin of the author. Chapter 3 Discussion of Relevant Theory involves discussion of theory related to psychology and art. Chapter 4 Creation Idea discourses the idea context of personal creation. Chapter 5 is the Explanation and Analysis of works. Chapter 6 Conclusion summarizes the discourses in this study. Two objectives（self-expression and expression of inner awareness and emotion）are expected to be achieved through creation. Self-understanding can be improved through process of art creation.
