    摘要: 在全球都市快速發展,全球生態環境劇烈變遷下,都市、人類、環境間的交互做用所產生之影響已被廣泛討論。人類生活於都市環境,兩者間的關係密不可分,而在討論到都市發展過程中,都市的發展狀態為何,做為一個自然、經濟、社會的綜合體,都市環境狀態很難用ㄧ種絕對客觀的方式去闡述他,因此探討都市環境時,將其視為ㄧ個生命體,會呼吸、會代謝、會生病、會死去的有機體。從都市生態系統的角度去觀看都市生態環境的”健康”狀態,藉由PSIR指標架構,參考國內外指標項,歸納欲評價指標內容。並從顧志耐曲線概念對都市生態系統指標,做出橫向、各數值變化分析,了解各指標的趨勢變化。同時以熵值法取得各數值的各年的權重值,以此找出台北市之都市生態系統健康歷年變化狀態,重新檢視都市發展中的問題、病灶,並設法以更適當的角度、方式對證下藥,改善都市生態環境。研究結果顯示較過去而言,都市生態系統整體健康狀態更為健康,此也提供台灣檢市都市品質新思維。
    In the rapid development of global cities and dramatic changes of ecological environment, the interactions between urban, human and environment has been discussed extensively. Humans, as a member of urban environments, the relations between the two are inseparable. During discussions in the course of urban development, how's the development of cities goes, as a blend of natural, economic, social and urban environment it is difficult using an absolutely objective way by giving a definition.Therefore discussion on urban ecosystem, considered to be always a living, breathing, metabolism, get sick and dying organisms. Through the PSIR indicators structure, reference indicators at home and abroad, from the urban ecosystem perspective to the understanding of urban eco-environment "health" status. And through Kuznets Curve making crosswise analysis with the data information of cross-section data Final, through Entropy method to obtain the numerical weight of each year. To find changes of urban ecosystem health in Taipei city over the State, review the problems in urban development, focus, and try to point to more appropriate way to justify prescribing improved urban ecological environment. Research shows than in the past, urban ecosystem health state is more healthy, this also provides Taiwan, new thinking on urban quality.
