Abstract:	建築能源管理是在1960年開始產生，過去它僅是建築自動化系統（Building Automation System:以下簡稱BAS）中的能源管理部分，隨著資通訊產業的蓬勃發展及地球能源短缺的問題，逐漸受到重視，而獨立發展成一套BEMS，是針對建築物能源管理系統。
