摘要:	本研究探討參與爬山活動休閒者在休閒導向、休閒滿意與幸福感之因果關係。此外，以參與爬山活動休閒者認真性休閒導向和隨性休閒導向不同，並深入探討休閒滿意及幸福感之影響。本研究採現地調查法，以線性結構關係模式AMOS 20.0版進行實證分析。正式問卷回收共計367份，刪除無效問卷後，實得有效問卷350份，有效問卷率為95.3%。研究結果顯示，休閒導向對休閒滿意和幸福感具有正向且顯著之影響，認真性休閒導向和隨性休閒導向對幸福感也具有正向且顯著之影響。休閒滿意在休閒導向與幸福感間扮演中介角色，即休閒導向透過休閒滿意而對幸福感產生影響。本研究提供研究意涵與建議，以利未來模式之建立與研究方向。 The purpose of this study is to investigate the causal relationships among leisure orientation, leisure satisfaction and happiness. In addition, the differences in leisure satisfaction and happiness between participants who are serious leisure orientation and casual leisure orientation are also assessed. The data collection was conducted locally by sample survey methodology and compiled results were statistically analyzed based on structural equation modeling by software AMOS 20.0 version. Total 367 surveys were received and 350 valid samples were used for this study (95.3% questionnaire validity rate). The result showed that the leisure orientation positively affects one experiencing the state of leisure satisfaction and happiness. In addition, a person with t serious leisure orientation or casual leisure orientation is allowed with a higher degree of happiness through the leisure satisfaction. Results and conclusions obtained from this study can be used in establishing research models for future study.
