    題名: 以靜電紡絲製備PU/PA6導電纖維網之研究

    摘要: 本實驗利用靜電紡絲法以尼龍6(Polyamide 6,PA6)與PANI (Polyaniline)為原料在與溶劑(甲酸)配比(尼龍15、17、19、21、23wt%,PANI 5、7.5、10wt%)流量(0.3mL/hr)、電壓(15kV與20kV)和不同收集距離(10cm與15cm) 進行可紡性研究,研究結果表明: PA6與溶劑比23%電壓為20kV和收集距離15cm時得到的纖維型態較佳,纖維直徑變異係數較穩定。再以此參數加入PANI 5、7.5、10wt%進行混合製備導電纖維網,但是研究顯示可能是黏度的關係紡絲的效果不佳,所以選用21wt%的PA6進行混合作為溶液A,選用TPU(Thermoplastic polyurethanes)20wt%作為溶液B以1:2、2:1的方式製備導電纖維網。
    研究結果顯示隨著PA6溶液的黏度增加,所製得纖維的細度越粗。在固定PA6配比下,電壓低時所紡成的纖維細度較粗,且纖維膜的結構較不規則。添加PANI後的導電纖維網隨著PANI的配比增加,在固定PA6與TPU配比下,隨著PANI配比增加因此增加了導電效果所以成絲性較好。配置PANI與PA6傅利葉轉換紅外光譜(FTIR)觀察其官能基發現其混合後的溶液氨基與苯基皆存在,波峰值分別在1000cm-1到1250cm-1之間與1500cm-1到1750cm-1之間。21wt%的PA6與PANI 5、7.5、10wt%為溶液A,TPU 20wt%為溶液B以2:1與1:2的方式製作導電纖維網用四點探針薄膜電阻儀測試導電效果研究發現導電纖維網在不同比例下,導電率會隨著PANI含量增加導電率有逐漸上升的趨勢,不同比例的PA6+PANI導電率也隨之增高。不同比例的PANI導電纖維網通電後,研究發現隨著PANI的濃度提高LED燈泡發亮的程度與電流量都有些許的提高。
    In this study, electrospinning of nylon 6(Polyamide 6, PA6) and PANI (Polyaniline) as a raw material in a solvent (formic acid) ratio (nylon 15, 17, 19, 21, 23wt%, PANI 5, 7.5, 10wt% ) Flow (0.3mL/hr), the voltage (15kV and 20kV) and collecting different distances (10cm and 15cm) can be carried out research, the results show that the spinning: 15cm Nylon 6 obtained when the ratio of 23wt% with the solvent and the voltage of 20kV collection distance patterns for preferred fibers, fiber diameter variation coefficient is more stable. Then this parameter is added PANI 5, 7.5, 10wt% were prepared by mixing conductive fiber network, but studies have shown that the viscosity of the relationship may be poor spinning effect, so the choice of 21wt% of nylon mixed as solution A, the choice of TPU (Thermoplastic polyurethanes) 20wt% solution B in a 1: 2, 2: 1, prepared conductive manner webs.
    The results show that with the increase in the viscosity of PA6 solution, the prepared fiber fineness of the more coarse. PA6 at a fixed concentration, low voltage when spun fiber fineness thicker and more irregular structure of the fiber membrane. Conductive fiber network after adding PANI as the concentration increases, at a fixed concentration of nylon and TPU, thus increasing with the increase of the concentration of electrically conductive PANI effect so into the wire is better. Configuring PANI and PA6 Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) was observed amine functional groups found their solution mixed with phenyl are present wave peak values between 1000cm-1 to 1250cm-1 and 1500cm-1 to 1750cm-1 between. With a four-point probe sheet resistance of the conductive Effect analyzer test mode 2, the production of conductive fiber network: 21wr% of PA6 and PANI 5, 7.5, 10wt% of solution A, TPU 20wt% of solution B in a 2: 1 and 1 It found that the conductivity of the conductive fiber web under different content ratio will increase with PANI conductivity gradually rising trend, different proportions of PA6 + PANI conductivity also will increase. Different proportions of PANI electrically conductive webs study found that as the concentration of PANI improved LED bulb illuminates both the extent and amount of current a little improvement.
