    摘要: 本研究主要探討生涯轉換猶豫者參與心理劇團體之經驗以及心理劇團體對生涯轉換猶豫者之協助,共邀請七位成員參與此心理劇團體。此心理劇團體以工作坊的形式進行,為期兩個週末,共四個整天,一天六小時。研究者參照質性研究之主題分析與內容分析方法,以團體中之歷程觀察記錄與團體後的個別訪談文本為主要分析資料,分析生涯轉換猶豫者參與此心理劇團體之經驗,以及心理劇團體對生涯轉換猶豫者之協助。研究結果發現生涯轉換猶豫者參與心理劇團體之主觀發現可分為「自我覺察」、「家庭對自我的影響」以及「成員間的互動」三類,自我覺察包括「覺察自我衝突」、「覺察自我限制」、「覺察自我內在力量」與「覺察自我特質」四個部分;而家庭對自我的影響包括「家庭與生涯息息相關」、「家庭影響自我抉擇」與「家庭影響自我特質」三個部分;成員間的互動則包括「成員的真誠回饋」與「陪伴與同在」兩個部分。而心理劇團體對生涯轉換猶豫者之協助可分為「自我概念與效能提升」、「情緒宣洩」、「與家人相處模式改變」以及「未來方向」四類,自我概念與效能提升包括「肯定自我價值」、「自我支持與增能」、「回歸自我」與「拓展自我視野」四個部分;情緒宣洩包括「情緒釋放」與「焦慮感降低」兩個部分;與家人相處模式改變則包括「改變自己對家人的態度」及「體會家人的想法與感受」兩個部分;最後的「未來方向」則包括「找到明確目標」與「有面對未來的勇氣」兩個部分。最後,研究者針對研究結果加以討論,並對未來研究提出建議。
    The study mainly discussed the experiences of career transition hesitators who attended the psychodrama group and the assist for career transition hesitators frompsychodrama group. The psychodrama group worked as the way of workshop,
    inviting seven members to attend for six hours a day, four whole days for two weekends. The researcher utilized the way of Qualitative Research as Thematic Analysis and Content Analysis, using the process observing notes during the workshop and the records of individual interview after group as the main data to analyze the experiences of career transition hesitators who attended the psychodrama group and the assist for career transition hesitators from psychodrama group.
    The results of study revealed the subject finding of career transition hesitators who attended the psychodrama group could be classified for three types: self-awareness, the effect from family and the interaction among members. Self-awareness included “awareness of self-conflict”, “awareness of self-limiting”, “awareness of inner strength of oneself” and “awareness of personality of oneself”.
    The effect from family included “career is closely linked with family”, “family affects self-decision” and “family affects personality of oneself”. Besides, the interaction among members included “sincere feedback from other members” and “companion and empathy”. In addition, the assist for career transition hesitators from psychodrama group could be classified for four types: the promotion of self-concept and efficiency, emotional disclosure, the change of the mode of getting along with family and the future direction. The promotion of self-concept and efficiency included “self-affirmation”, “self-support and energization”, “retrieving oneself” and “expanding one’s view”. The emotional disclosure included “emotional releasing” and “anxiety reducing”. The change of the mode of getting along with family
    included “changing the attitude to family” and “considering family’s thoughts and feelings”. Furthermore, the future direction included “finding out the definite goal” and “having the courage of facing the future”. Last, the researcher aimed at the results of the study to discuss them and provide further proposes for future study.
