    Title: 科技大學學生家庭功能、正向心理資源與生涯調適能力之研究-以臺南市為例

    Abstract: 科技大學強調學用合一,因此科技大學學生在強調實務教育的體制下是否能有更好的生涯調適能力?本研究旨在探討科技大學學生在背景變項、家庭功能、正向心理資源和生涯調適能力之現況,並探討影響其生涯調適能力的因素。
    本研究針對臺南市所有科技大學進行問卷調查法,有效問卷共計683份,使用研究工具包括「家庭功能量表-簡版」、「大學生心理資源量表」及「生涯調適能力量表臺灣版2.0」,所得資料以描述性統計、t檢定、Pearson積差相關、單因子變異數分析及逐步多元迴歸等統計方法進行分析。本研究結果如下:
    一、75.7%的科技大學學生有工作經驗,48.2%為中低社經地位的家庭。
    二、科技大學學生在家庭功能四點量表中平均分數為3.21、正向心理資源六點量表平均分數為4.43,與生涯調適能力五點量表平均分數為3.81,表現為中等至良好的狀況。
    三、科技大學男學生在正向心理資源與生涯調適能力的表現上優於女性。
    四、科技大學學生有工作經驗者在正向心理資源與生涯調適能力的表現上優於無工作經驗者,其中有五年以上工作經驗的學生表現最好
    五、科技大學學生的家庭處於中社經地位者在正向心理資源與生涯調適能力的表現上優於其他社經地位者。
    六、科技大學學生在家庭功能、正向心理資源與生涯調適能力間有顯著正相關。
    七、科技大學學生在背景變項、家庭功能與正向心理資源對生涯調適能力有顯著預測力,其中以正向心理資源的「主控感」對生涯調適能力的預測力最高。

    根據上述研究結果,提出科技大學學生生涯調適之建議,供學務工作者及後續研究者參考。
    The study aims to understand subject backgrounds, family function, positive psychological resources and career adaptability of university of science and technology students,and investigate correlated factors of career adaptability.
    The valid sample of 683 students was selected from all the University of Science and Technology in Tainan. The study adopted survey research design. The instruments include "Family Function Scale - Brief Edition", "Psychological Resources Scale for university students" and "Career Adapt-ability Scale Taiwan Version 2.0". The collected responses of participants were analyzed by statistic includeing descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment and multiple regression analysis. The results indicated that:
    1.75.7% university of science and technology students had work experience, 48.2% university of science and technology students family were midle-low socio-economic status.
    2.Unversity of science and technology students had medium to good condition of the average of Family Function was 3.21 under the four-point Likert scale, Positive psychological resources was 4.43 under the six-point Likert scale and Career adaptability was 3.81 under the five-point Likert scale.
    3.Unversity of science and technology male students had more higher score of Positive psychological resources and Career adaptability than the females.
    4.Unversity of science and technology students had job experience had more higher score of Positive psychological resources and Career adaptability than no job experience students, among them, “over five years job experience” was the best.
    5.Unversity of science and technology students in high socio-economic family had more higher score of Positive psychological resources and Career adaptability than the other socio-economic family.
    6.There was significant positive correlation between family function scale and psychological resources scale, family function scale and career adapt-ability scale, and psychological resources scale and career adapt-ability scale.
    7.Subject backgrounds, family function, positive psychological resources of the university of science and technology students lead to the prediction of career adaptability. Self-control had the highest prediction of career adaptability.

    Finally, based on the findings, recommendations of guidance for students are suggested.
