    Abstract: 聚酯纖維具有良好的強度、尺寸安定性、抗化學藥品性,被廣泛應用於紡織業,在染整過程追求合理化,結合聚酯纖維織物、分散染料特性、染色機台運轉參數、染程參數,相互配合應用提升染色品質。
    在聚酯染整過程中,重點在於聚酯染料對分散性染料吸收特性以及織物色光的探討,而染色工程中布面常發生不均染現象,藉由充分了解分散性染料特性,可改善並提升染色均染性。
    本實驗選用紅、黃、藍三種複合染料為主,進行淺色、中色、深色共9個樣本在相同染程條件下進行染整程序,最終探討織物布面均染性、K/S值,若染整加工技術都能達到合理化,將能大大提升染整產業技術。
    Polyester fiber has excellent strength, dimensional stability, chemical resistance, are widely used in textiles, dyeing and finishing process in the pursuit of rationalization, combined with polyester fabric, disperse characteristics, dyeing machine operating parameters, dyeing process parameters cooperate with each other to enhance the staining quality applications.
    Polyester dyeing process, the focus is on the disperse dye polyester dye absorption properties as well as exploring fabric shade, and uneven dyeing cloth dyeing engineering phenomenon often occurs, with full understanding of disperse dyes characteristics can be improved and enhance the dyeing levelness.
    In this experiment, red, yellow, and blue dye based, were light, the color, dark total of nine samples under the same conditions dyeing dyeing process procedures, and ultimately explore the fabric cloth levelness, K / S value If the dyeing and finishing techniques to achieve rationalization, will greatly enhance the dyeing industry technology.
