The first major items of polyester fiber dyeing practice occurs when abnormal staining job that is low dyeing reproducibility, as laboratory experimental dyeing conditions and mass production machinery in the cycle time, bath ratio dyeing process ... etc. on the condition varies, likely to cause staining properties of difference, and lead to increased costs, and because the process again caused by pollution and the impact on the environment is great, and therefore a need to improve the dyeing reproducibility, to reduce pollution of the environment and reduce costs.
Purpose of this study to explore how to improve the laboratory to the field of practice stained success rate, with red, yellow, green, blue four colors to investigate the reproducibility, and each color from shallow to deep selected five colors, to build their color system model and the establishment of additional data dyeing integrationtable, hoping to explore the laboratory and field dyeing reproducibility relationship.
