全球化發展以及科技的日新月異,工作的複雜程度也日漸增加,效率的追求日漸重要,組織的發展方向轉以團隊的建立及運作,來達到組織目標。在團隊中,成員間不同的信念結構及主觀知覺,會使得對於團隊任務,目標及使命的看法有所不同,若再加上溝通不良,成員間的共處就會產生衝突。
團隊群內衝突是因為團隊成員間的認知上產生的一種敵意或是負面的情緒,當負面的情緒產生後伴隨而來的就可能是工作倦怠,甚至是情緒耗竭狀態的產生。
因此,本研究探討群內衝突對情緒耗竭之影響,並以情緒商智為干擾變項,探討其並對情緒耗竭及群內衝突間的干擾效果。
本研究總共發放180份問卷,刪除無效問卷14份共計有效樣本166份,回收率為92.8%,實證分析結果顯示,在群內衝突的關係衝突、任務衝突及程序衝突上,與情緒耗竭皆為顯著正相關的關係,而情緒商智的部份構面,則會干擾群內衝突與情緒耗竭間之關係。
最後,本研究依據上述之研究結果,提出具體的理論與管理意涵,以及後續研究的方向。

In this study, the within-group conflict, emotional exhaustion, emotional provider wisdom as a moderating variable, and verify that the scale of emotional wisdom to face the emotional exhaustion and the moderating effect of conflict within the group.
The objective of this research is to discuss within-group conflict caused from
emotional exhaustion and emotional quotient Also provide the effective emotional exhaustion within-group conflict.
There are 180 questionnaires have been issued. Delete 14 invalid questionnaires, Recovery rate is 92.8%. The left effective 166 questionnaires have been testing analysis by SPSS.
From the testing analysis find the consequence of within-group conflict relation conflict, task conflict, procedures of conflict relate to the emotional exhaustion.
According to above result to develop the specific theory and managerial implications. Also as my foundation of future study direction.
