    Title: 飛躍死亡的幽谷-自殺未遂者復原歷程之探討

    Abstract: 本研究主要探討自殺未遂者的復原歷程,針對自殺未遂者在自殺前後對於的自殺事件及生命的想法,以及復原歷程中的復原力做討論與整理。以詮釋學為方法論,採質性研究的方法,研究對象採用立意抽樣,以半結構式訪談大綱對四位一年以上未曾再企圖自殺的復原者進行深度訪談,訪談次數皆為兩次。
    研究結果根據訪談的文本資料進行閱讀、理解,分析所得「自殺未遂者的生命歷程圖像」之共同主題包括:自殺行動的逆境與困境、生命意義的蛻變等兩大主題;「自殺未遂者的復原之路」之復原歷程為:惡化階段、適應階段、彈回階段、成長階段等四個階段。依據自殺未遂者的復原歷程,整理出各研究對象的保護因子與危險因子,並從個體因素、家庭因素、社會環境因素等三個方向做討論。
    透過對自殺未遂者復原歷程之探討,提供實務工作者面對自殺未遂者時,能有更全面的思考,協助自殺未遂者順利邁入復原的道路;以及針對未來相關之研究,提供研究限制與建議,以期能使自殺未遂者的復原歷程之資料與內容能夠更加豐富與完整。
    The purport of this study is to analyze of resilience of suicidal attempts. To explore suicide attempts whose thinking of suicides and life’s meaning before and after. Following that, resilience of resilient process will be discussed. The research adopts qualitative method, hermeneutics method and purposeful sampling. The researcher utilized semi-structured interviews with in-depth perspective for two times to four participants who didn’t suicide more than one year.
    According to the content of interviews, this study analyzes the image of life course which is divided into two themes, “adversity of suicide” and “change of life’s meaning”. The resilient process of suicidal attempters are divided into four phases, “deteriorating”, “adapting”, ” rebound ” and ” growing”. Through the resilient process of suicidal attempters, the protective factors and risk factors of each participants are considered from individual factors, family factors, and social-environmental factors.
    Based on the result of this study, the research expects to provide social workers holistic thought which allows prompt suicide attempts to enter the resilient process more successfulness. On the one hand, this study proposed several limitations and suggestions for the future research which contributes more information refers to the field of resilient process of suicidal attempts.
