本研究的目的探討高獨處能力大學生的主觀獨處經驗,以及獨處對自身的影響性。以質性研究的方式,運用詮釋現象學的觀點,透過半結構式的深入訪談,訪談7位研究參與者,共蒐集到16份文本資料,以主題分析法進行資料的分析。在高獨處能力大學生獨處經驗內涵,詮釋出四個共同主題:(1)人際與獨處難兼顧;(2)獨處煎熬難承受;(3)獨處重整內在思緒;(4)重新構思與調節獨處。獨處對高獨處能力大學生的影響性,整理三個共同的主題:(1)聚資能量;(2)情緒覺察;(3)自我修復。最後,根據研究的結果進行綜合討論。
根據研究結果,提供學校諮商輔導人員在期望大學生與同儕有良好的相處外,也能重視他們獨處時候的經驗與學習獨處,協助培養獨處的能力。從受訪者的獨處經驗,提供在此階段的個體對於獨處有不同理解的角度,運用獨處時光發展自己的興趣與專長,而非限於獨處都是負向的印象之中。
The purpose of this research was to explore the solitude experience which the high solitude ability college students have and how it influences them. The study used a hermeneutic phenomenology to be methodological guideline. A semi-structured in-depth interview was conducted to collect sixteen texts from seven participants. The thematic analysis method was used to analysis the texts to develop common themes. The four essential themes to be the solitude experience among high solitude ability college students are: (1)it’s difficult to balance the interpersonal need and the need to be alone,(2) being lonely sometimes is too hard to bear,(3) reforming the internal thoughts through solitude,(4) rethinking and adjust solitude. The influences of being alone to be the high solitude ability college students are the three essential themes: (1) gather energy, (2) emotional awareness, (3) self healing. Finally, results were discussed and suggestions were addressed.
Several recommendations were given to school counselors who attach importance to college students have good relations with peers, also pay attention to their solitude experience and learning how to be alone, help training the capability to be alone. Following the seven participants’ solitude experience, this study offer a different understanding points at this stage,, one can apply its lonely moments to develop interests and special skills, not be limited by all the negative impress of solitude.
