最後，本研究總結以心靈圖像牌卡的生涯探索團體可以有效協助生涯議題的大學生進行探索，上述之研究結果將提供有志於生涯領域的實務工作者參考與編修，進而累進研究成果。
The purpose of this study originated from the researcher’s personal career exploration and decision-making, combined with his years of experience with soul cards in career counseling. Through the application of soul cards to career counseling group, the researcher tried to help the university students with confused and perplexed in career choice.
The action research method was used in this study, which includes two stages of pilot and formal study. The study was conducted in forms of group counseling. Through the process of identifying issues, collecting and reading literature, designing and implementing program , observation, action reflection, and replanning, the qualitative and quantitative data were collected and analyzed. The triangulation method was used to check the validity. The results revealed three main findings as follow.
A. Advantages with soul cards as medium in career exploration counseling groups:
1. increasing concrete expression of inner thoughts and feelings;
2. stimulating more associative thoughts, boosting self-awareness and multi-thinking;
3. effective catalysis during initial stages of group counseling.
B. Latent problems with soul cards as medium in career exploration counseling groups:
1. western soul cards are relatively abstract, unclear, and less relatable;
2. specific soul cards are less relatable.
C. Suitable application of soul cards to career exploration counseling groups:
1. good medium for communication;
2. externalizing problems to expand thinking.
D. Effectiveness of applying soul cards to career exploration counseling groups:
1. more awareness and understanding of individual abilities on career issues;
2. increasing clearer goal or direction for the future.
The study concluded that applying soul cards to career exploration counseling groups was effective in assisting university students to explore career issues. The study findings may serve as a reference for further practice in the field of career exploration.
