本研究旨在探究領隊人員人格特質與領團風格之間之關係。本研究運用便利抽樣針對領隊人員發放500份調查問卷,回收問卷394份,去除無效問卷47份,合計有效問卷347份,回收率69%。
研究結果發現,性別、年齡在於部份領團風格之關注任務、關注顧客、關注團體氣氛三個構面具有顯著差異,性別、年齡在於領團風格類型之分佈具有顯著差異;人格特質對於領團風格構面具有顯著之影響,領團風格類型在於人格特質具有顯著差異。
而有關人口統計變數,教育程度、執業方式、執業證類別與執業年資,對於領團風格構面與領團風格類型之關係則無法獲得顯著差異與關聯。
His thesis focuses on the relationship between personality traits and leadership styles of the tour leader. I sent questionnaires to 500 tour leaders by convenience sampling and 394 answered. Excluding 47 invalid questionnaires, valid number is 347 totally. Overall response rate is 69%.
According to the result, 2 demographic factors, gender and ages, affect analytical constructs of leadership style strongly in 3 aspects: attention to the duty, attention to customers, and consideration of the mood of the tour group. These 2 factors also influence the leadership styles directly. In addition, analytical constructs and types of leadership style obviously relate to personality traits.
As far as demographic factors is concerned, other factors play minor roles and effects are hard to find, such as education levels, business practices, types of practicing certificate and years of service.
