Ivan Kireyevsky thought that Western Church without the consent of the Eastern Church, deliberately changed the Creed, which caused to bring rationalism. This is the base of his criticism of the West. Kireyevsky's thinking is from the opposition between the Eastern Orthodox Church and rationalism. He sought spiritual and intellectual integrity. He criticized the West in the spirit of the division; he thought the Russians pursued the integrity of internal and external existence. The Western philosophizing and the Russian philosophizing should not negate each other; otherwise, their fate was one-sided. The Western disaster and mental illness were the result of the rationalism. This is one-sided and improper understanding of the West in many different aspects. He actually referred to Western philosophy separated from Christianity. The spirit of the integrity should be the foundation of ”new principles” of Philosophy. Kireyevsky fully accepted the ideology of the Orthodox culture; he thought the Orthodox philosophizing would be able to replace Western philosophizing. This is his Mission. There are Utopian elements in his hope of restore of the integrity. He is the Christian thinker at the edge of Christian Philosophy, he put forward reasonable methodology to specify the path of development the Russian Christian worldview, and he expressed the Russian spirit.
