摘要:	《陶朱新錄》是一部宋代的筆記小說，凡一卷，八十二則。筆記小說往往載錄了不少古代的民間故事。本文首先將《陶朱新錄》標點、斷句，做篇章整理；其次以情節單元和故事的觀念為基準，檢視書中保留了那些故事。結果得二十七則，其中有三個成型的故事，分別為：AT286A，AT156，AT745A。另外尚有雖非成型的故事，但各有其淵源和流變，也影響了明代某些白話小說的發展，值得討論。 ”Tao Zhu New Record” is a Song Dynasty's note novel, a volume, 82 pieces. Note novel often to carry has recorded the many ancient times folk tale. This article first ”Tao Zhu New Record” the punctuation, will punctuate, makes the chapter reorganization; Next take the plot unit and the story idea as a datum, inspect in the book retained these stories. The result 27 pieces, including three formation stories, respectively is: AT286A, AT156, AT745A.Although moreover non-formation story, but has its origin and changing respectively, also has affected the Ming Dynasty certain vernacular novel development, is worth discussing.
