    摘要: 目前台灣蓬勃發展的休閒農場的商機備受矚目,然而其產業經營的永續性,國內進行實證探討者微。本研究試圖使用永續性的量計方法(Barometer of tourism sustainability, BTS)與變形蟲模式(AMOEBA of tourism sustainability indicators, ATSI),評估休閒農場之永續發展潛力。評估指標分為人文系統及生態系統兩大系統進行分析。研究目的在(1)探討走馬瀨農場之旅遊永續發展潛力指標、(2)並經由問卷調查結果及深入訪談,探索各種永續發展潛力狀況的問題;(3)最後透過變形蟲模式探究走馬瀨農場旅遊的永續發展潛力。從評估結果得知,走馬瀨農場生態系統之永續狀況遠優於人文系統。未來農場的發展,應以自然環境保全為前提,增加雇用當地員工及提升草原覆蓋率,以達到永續發展之經營。
    Leisure farm tourism has become popular in Taiwan recently. How long would it be sustainable? It starts to mention in literature discussions nowadays. This paper have used the 'Barometer of tourism sustainability' (BTS) and 'AMOEBA of Tourism Sustainability Indicators' (ATSI) to evaluate sustainable developing potentiality of leisure farm tourism. There are two factors' indicators: one is the human system and the other is the ecosystem for analysis. This research expected to obtain concrete conclusions, which including (1) Induce the indicators of sustainable developing potentiality on Tsou-Ma-Lai Farm's tourism. (2) Via questionnaires to solve the problems of sustainable developing potentiality (sustainability). (3) Through two models to find out the real infective factors of sustainable developing potentiality on Tsou-Ma-Lai Farm's tourism. From the result of sustainability on Farm, this research found that the ecosystem is far better than the human system's that means almost sustainable. Furthermore, increasing the employee of local people and improving the grassland coverage would be the way of Tsou-Ma-Lai Farm on sustainability in the future.
