    Title: 鍍鋅及不鍍鋅鋼板之電弧熔接熱影響區不均勻結晶顆粒之硬度模式之探討

    Abstract: 電弧熔接通常以相同或相近成份之鋼料與熔接條施行熔接,惟其熔接區域係受突然間產生之高溫及高熱量之胃弧熔接熱之影響;其熱影響區域各部位之受熱及保溫之時間長短皆不相同,升溫及冷卻之速率亦有所不同。所以該區距熔道中心起算距離之各處,其結晶顆粒大小不相同,各種機械性質亦有大幅度的變化,尤其是維克氏硬度亦有極可觀之變化幅度,因此熔道之熱影饗區有如此之缺陷,極容易由此熱影響區域而損壞,惟以往尚無學者對此區以非均勻硬度立場而建立其硬度模式,故本文針對不鍍鋅與熱浸鍍鋅之0.1%C碳銅鋼板之電弧熔接的熱影響區(HAZ)分爲熔鑄區,熔淬區及熔退熱等三區域,龍將前者再細分爲因熔鑄補價冷縮材料段回熔鑄等硬(極粗長柱晶粒)材料段,及(C)熔鑄冷激硬化材料段。中者則再細分爲:①熔淬等降硬化梯度之極硬材料段,②熔淬等降硬化梯度Ac3再結晶材料段,③熔淬非等降硬化梯度Ac3~Ac1交界之材料段及④熔淬退交界之材料段。後者則再細分爲:⑤冷作硬化後升溫熔退再結晶生長之材枓段⑥冷作硬化後熔退懂溫再結晶軟化之材料段及⑦冷作硬化塔退升溫再結晶之材料段等將此熱影饗區共分成10個材料段(10種不同熱度處理之材料段的組合)來探討硬度模式,以供電弧熔接之參考。
    Electric arc welding is usually done by using electrode and steel plate same or similiar in component. The welding zone is affected by the high temperature and heat suddenly generated at the time of (electric arc) welding.
    The heating rate and cooling rate in different parts of the heat affected zone (HAZ) vary according to the time period of heating and heat retaining, and different distances from welding line cause crystallized grains different in size and changes in mechanical property, especially the so-called Vickers hardness. Thus damage is easily caused by the defect--the heat affected zone.
    Never has a researcher made any study on hardness models based on the heterogeneous hardness in HAZ. This study on the HAZ in (electric arc) welding ungalvanized and hot dip galvanized 0.1% carbon steel plate is divided into:
    1. Welded casting region:
    (A) Shrinkage compensation materials.
    (B) Equihardness (column-grain) materials.
    (C) Chill harden materials.
    2. Welded quenching region:
    (1) Uniformy retorded harden gradiant materials.
    (2) Ac3 recrystallization materials.
    (3) Ac3-Ac1 intercritical materials.
    (4) Quenching and annealing, intercritical materials.
    3. Welded annealing region:
    (5) Recrystallization grain growth materials.
    (6) Recrystallization soften materials.
    (7) Cold worked recrystallization materials.
    It divided into ten materials (as it shows above) which research on hardness models.
