Abstract:	Printing industry management has a great deal of difficulties in getting and analyzing information from daily operations. The problem is most acuted in prepress system. Above all, the most important factors in computerized management system is not only on computer's hardware or software performance, but on how to alter the traditional management process, Specifically how to change people's working procesure and standarlize the whole operational system to fit computer's requirement. Flow chart is the basic tool to set up the whole system. This article is one of the flow chart design exanples for the printing industry. From it also points out key components to be understood by designers.
