本研究利用磷酸鈉鹽添加入三鈣磷酸鹽中,傳統燒結方式,改進燒結體的機械強度,做爲生物體的補骨材料。所研製之材料以骨髓瘤細胞之培養,評估其生物適應性,同時以X-光燒射分析儀、掃瞄式電子顯微鏡及電子微探分析儀,對材料之晶相、顯微結構及成份進行研究及分析。
研究結果,以5wt%磷酸鈉鹽添加入三鈣磷酸鹽中的效果最好,抗張強度及抗壓強度分別高達64MPa及704MPa,理論密度達97%,而且材料擁有極佳的生物適應性。
The effects of Na4P2O7.10H2O addition on the mechanical properities of β-tricalciumphoshpate were studied by the conventional sintering method. Thereafter followed a treatment of materials on NS-1 cell testing to estimate the biological aspects of β-TCP implants. Simultaneously, the effects of additives on the microstructure of the materials were observed by the scanning electron microscope, electron probe microanalysis and X-ray diffractometer.
The results revealed that with the 5wt% Na4P2O7.10H2O addition the tensile strength reached 64MPa, the compressive strenght was 705 MPa, and the densification was 97% T.D. in β-TCP. The biocompatibility studies were satisfied with NS-1 cell testing.
