Abstract:	在實際織物進行織物分析之前，爲獲正確的分析影像，需對樣本做適當的處理，投射光暗影處理，放大倍率設定及清晰度選揮等，基於正確性、可分析性、速度性的考慮，將直接影響辨認織物組織的正確要求及經濟適用的效界，減少失誤的發生及作業成本，故本文使用各種樣本的處理，使獲得明晰的攝影影像，又選用適用的放大倍率，使各經緯紗有足夠的分析影像像素點，並應用光滅設定的條件，呈像出重合影像，提供分析織物完全組織良好的前處理模型，在自動化CAD/CAM生產與檢驗工程中，這些處理的步驟，直接影響作業的經濟性及可用性。 In pratical analysis of fabric representation structure, We need to catch the complete and correct images of treated analysis samples, the shadow treatment, signal processing and recognition frame segment We varified there is an excellent result in detecting weave repeat representative by those methods.
